Your information is securely stored on Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Mailchimp, all of which have password protected access.
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we are not liable for any unauthorised access to this information.
If we suspect there has been a personal data breach we will notify you and any applicable regulator if we are legally required to.
We keep personal information for seven years after our final service interaction. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your data from the stores listed above.
In some circumstances, we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
WEBSITE AND COOKIE INFORMATION
Our website is hosted on the Squarespace.com platform. Squarespace.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to tell you about our services. Your data may be stored through Squarespace.com’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
When you visit our website we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, etc. This information is used to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.
We use cookies on our website. “Cookies” are very small files that a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site so that when you revisit that website it can present tailored options based on the information about your last visit.
