What to expect…
Across three hours you will be guided to pause, take stock and positively move forward how you take time to rest, recharge and play.
You will be supported to connect with yourself and apply impactful insights, tools and techniques to your life so you can prioritise re-addressing your balance and effectively weave more self-care into your life.
This interactive masterclass includes three interconnected modules:
Module 1: Committing to Yourself
You will be supported to join the dots between wellbeing, performance and impact and apply a freeing formula that will empower you to dial down the guilt associated with making yourself a priority and get comfortable with taking make more time about you.
Module 2: (Re)defining your Self-Care
You will learn about the different levels of self-care and how to sustainably integrate self-care into your life in a way that works. You will leave with a personalised self-care strategy and menu of activities that will support you as a unique individual.
Module 3: Creating your Space
You will spend time exploring your relationship with time and you will be guided to complete an audit of how you spend your time and identify opportunities to make space for you.
