I’m Katie Adams ex-public service Leader and Change Consultant turned Executive Wellbeing Coach Consultant.
I help busy Leaders like you to pause, connect with yourself, and energise you, your life, and your impact.
But I am not your average traditional Coach.
I champion taking a wellbeing-led, whole person whole life approach to overcoming challenges, navigating transitions, and living and working well.
My signature support programme blends Life and Career Design, Coaching, and science to empower you to:
