Welcome. I’m Katie Adams, Leadership Wellbeing Coach and Consultant. I help impact-driven Leaders and their teams intentionally shape their professional and personal lives to work for their wellbeing and amplify their impact.

Now more than ever, the world needs people who care, who are willing to take positive action, and who can creatively shape a better future.
My efforts to help shape a better world, for a time, took a toll on my health and happiness. Unfortunately, I’m not the only one to experience this.
My journey to rejuvenate my wellbeing showed me that ad hoc classes, mindfulness apps, and the health system only go so far and are simply pieces of a bigger puzzle.
By intentionally taking a wellbeing-informed whole life approach we can change the game and put all the pieces of the puzzle together in a way that works for both individuals, AND the organisations they work for.
