Grounded in experience

I am a highly skilled change management specialist who has been supporting people and organisations to make positive changes for over two decades.

My experience spans the third sector, public sector, International and Governmental Organisations, and the private sector through in-house roles with the NHS and WHO, and in Deloitte’s Public Sector Consulting Practice.

I blend my operational, consulting, and coaching expertise, with my lived experience of rejuvenating my wellbeing, to deliver perspective-changing and life-enhancing support.

I have an ICF-accredited: Diploma in Transformational Coaching; Certificate in Positive Psychology; Certificate in Group Coaching; and a postgraduate MSc in Health Leadership and Management.

My own efforts to help shape a better world for a time took a major toll on my happiness, health and my ability to have a positve impact. Eventually I hit the wall as I call it.

I’ve come to learn these negative effects and burnout is not uncommon for purpose driven professionals and the effects are felt far beyond the individual.

Now more than ever, the world needs people who care, who are willing to take positive action, and who can creatively shape a better future.

This is why I have create services to support others to avoid that wall and live a fullfilling and impactful life.
